Thank you for purchasing Nashua Media Products from Tera Media Corporation or one of its authorized distributors or retailers. We are sorry if you are experiencing difficulties with a particular product.

Our manufacturing facilities are ISO 9002 certified and "on-line" SPC quality controlled. It is in fact, one of the most state of the art facilities in the world. All CD/DVDs are manufactured in strict compliance to "Orange Book" specifications. Every single CD and DVD is optically inspected three times and undergoes multiple "in-line" quality checks. Each manufacturing "lot" and pallet then undergoes a random inspection - including actual random recordability tests prior to shipping utilizing a variety of recorders.

Our goal is to supply the highest quality product at the most competitive price. We do everything possible to ensure high quality; however, manufacturing errors can happen that are beyond our control.

Our return rate is less than 1% and we do stand by our guarantee. You can send the
CD/DVDs in question back to us directly, along with proof of purchase, and we will replace them in accordance to our guarantee.

Instructions on Returning Product
Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost shipments and will only accept Nashua Media Products for replacement in accordance with our warranty. Replacement product should be shipped within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

1. If you are having a problem with a single product (example: you purchased one DVD disc or one CD-R), please return the product with your sales receipt to the retailer from whom you purchased.

2. If you purchased a multiple pack and have used very little of the product (example: you bought a 50 pack of CD-Rs and used only a couple discs with the rest untouched), please return the product to the retailer from whom you purchased.

3. If you purchased a multiple pack and have most of the product (example: you bought a 50 pack of CD-Rs, used 48 and had two defective discs), please return the defective discs to us at the address below, and we will replace them per our Warranty. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Please include a note with the reason for return, your name, address, and sales receipt.
