1. How can I get a refund for my defective media?
Tera Media Corporation will honor its products warranty. Refunds, however, are done on the retail level based on the individual store’s return/exchange policies. Tera Media Corporation offers lifetime exchanges on defective products. If you have 10 or more defective discs we will gladly exchange them for you.

2. I have a defective product, how do I get it replaced?
Problems with optical media can occur for a multitude of reasons. Although we encourage our customers to return product which appears to be defective, a thorough analysis of the product must be conducted before a product replacement occurs.

Before sending your discs to Tera Media Corporation, please make sure the firmware on the CD/DVD burner, and the recording software is updated. Often a burner needs to be updated to be compatible with newer media. Updating is done via upgrading the firmware. Please contact the manufacturer of your burner for further assistance. Also, if you're using an older, slower speed burner, we suggest purchasing the lowest speed media available.

If you have defective media, send in the following information to us at
info@nashuamedia.com and after evaluation, it can be replaced.

3. Location Purchased
4. Problems you are experiencing
5. Exact Count of bad media
6. Name, Shipping Address and Phone Number
7. Please scan in receipt if possible.
After evaluation you may be requested to return the defective product before replacement. We cannot accept product without proof of purchase. You should receive your replacements in 1 to 2 weeks from receipt of your request.

3. How long is the warranty on Nashua Media Products blank media?
This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. Any defective product will be replaced at no charge. This warranty applies to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. In the event of a claim under this warranty, the manufacturer's only obligation, and the customer’s sole remedy shall be replacement of the product. In no event shall Tera Media or its suppliers be liable for loss of data, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profits whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory. This warranty specifically excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage, neglect or other similar causes. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABlLITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED. This warranty specifically excludes responsibility for recorded data in any form.
